Natalie Conde, PA-C, MMS has over 16 years of clinical and leadership experience combined and is currently the Director of Telemedicine at Novant Health, where she manages multiple clinics and a statewide virtual primary care platform — overseeing operations, provider support, compliance, and quality. Board-certified in Obesity Medicine, her extensive background spans emergency, hospital, cardiology, trauma, and surgery, alongside regional leadership. Natalie actively participates in the American Telemedicine Association (ATA), as well as AAPA and FAPA. A proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., she is recognized for leadership, academics, and community service, passionately advancing health equity and patient-centered innovation.
